Terms of Service

Please read our terms of service carefully before using our website or booking a permanent makeup or lash service.

1. Our commitment

At Elysian Glow PMU & Lash Studio, we are committed to safe, careful work and results you love. We take the time to understand the look you want and to design it around your natural features.

2. Appointments & timing

• Please arrive on time. Permanent makeup and full lash sets can take up to three hours, and arriving late may mean we need to shorten or reschedule your service.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client.

3. Health, safety & suitability

• Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies or medications, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, before your service begins.
• Permanent makeup and lash services are not suitable for everyone. We may decline or postpone a service if we believe it is not safe for you.
• Correction brows for an existing brow tattoo or permanent makeup are assessed for suitability before booking.
• Outside fills for lashes applied at another studio are subject to assessment.
• Refill pricing depends on the percentage of extensions remaining. If less than 40% remain, a new full set may be required.

4. Results & aftercare

• Permanent makeup heals over several weeks, and results vary with skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. A perfecting touch-up is recommended 6–8 weeks after your first appointment, and an annual color boost is available after one year to refresh color and definition.
• Please follow the aftercare instructions you receive. Results that are affected by aftercare not being followed are not our responsibility.

5. Belongings

Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

6. Refunds

We do not provide refunds on services. If you have a concern about your results, please contact us so we can talk it through.
